There are a lot of things an owner can do to draw prospective buyers into purchasing their home.
First, making sure the house is in order, no broken appliances or fixtures. Hide clutter and make sure things are tidy. Please secure pets before potential buyers or photographers come to see the property.
Second, consider changing the paint colors for a more open and airy feel. If the inside of your house is dingy and doesn’t allow much light in, a brighter paint color might just do the trick.
Third, hire a professional photographer and someone who has an eye for detail. I am that person that will go the extra mile to make sure I capture the beautiful details of your home and to give it the attention it needs in order to sell.
